The Manifesto

It is time for us to take our destiny into our own hands; it is time to mobilize knowledge and thought for purposes beneficial to humanity in its entirety and in all possible dimensions; it is time to move forward and progress towards sustainable human development so that we can achieve a qualitative and quantitative leap forward in all areas where progress must be the guiding principle of all social and societal interventions; it is time to be equipped with a functional framework for the common good that facilitates the realization of a realistic project to help consciousness emerge in its intrinsic nature. 

It is within this trajectory that our project to create an international institute that brings together the driving forces of all nations is both necessary and vital.

It is essential to define and redefine the parameters of the overall content issue for this institute, and to codify a paradigm that allows us to see and re-examine the perspective that enables us to develop through constructive dialogue, and that gives us the necessary and legitimate strength to build a consistent trajectory.

We are called upon to contribute positively to training and international exchanges between the various political, academic, and institutional actors.

Fondations and Objectives of the Project

IIDL (International Institute of Dialogue and Leadership) is rooted in a humanist and universal perspective. On the one hand, its mission is to conduct pure scientific research, and on the other hand, to create optimal conditions for international exchanges addressing the structural nature and geopolitical and economic challenges, without neglecting the cultural and environmental dimensions. Furthermore, it is essential to integrate the subjects, their structural nature, and the paradigms that must be addressed under the best possible conditions.

However, we must be, and should be, ready to diagnose the phenomena that optimize our journey beyond the well-trodden paths that have become obsolete. It is necessary to create the substance required for us to play a decisive role in the current debate. Our institute is determined to structure clear reflections in a world that is constantly and permanently changing direction.

Raison d’être

The vision of a sustainable Earth for billions of people in the long term is multifaceted and can only be achieved through the contribution of millions of creative scientists, engineers, and citizens of goodwill.

IIDL’s mission is to be the accelerator of knowledge and progress between innovative scientists, artists, and engineers, on the one hand, and all other stakeholders, such as policymakers, politicians, project managers, and creators, on the other.

MISSION

IIDL is committed to fostering social development through learning and training, in accordance with the principles of the International Labour Organization. The institute’s main activities are to offer and organize training programs for all audiences and related services aimed at strengthening human resources and institutional capacities, and promoting human progress and social development. This institute is a private higher education, technical, and research institution.

  • Identify a relevant decision-making systemcapable of integrating concerns from both the public and private spheres.
  • Strategy must take precedenceover the program.
  • The program establishes a sequence of actions that must be executed without variation in a stable environment, but as soon as external conditions change, the program must be modified.
  • – The strategy, on the other hand, develops a course of action by examining the certainties and uncertainties of the situation, the probabilities, and the improbabilities.
  •  To network the world’s best minds and experts by producing current ideas, methods, recommendations, and advice for its clients—leaders, decision-makers, and professionals who implement solutions that contribute to a sustainable world in the long term.
  •  To break with one-dimensional and limiting approaches to the world: “Just as the compartmentalization of disciplines disintegrates the natural fabric of complexity, a transdisciplinary vision is capable of restoring it.”
  •  To ensure that the production of ideas, methods, recommendations, and advice is based on scientific research methods and is independent of commercial interests.
  •  To ensure that the choices made by decision-makers and professionals are easily accessible, understandable, and actionable. These resources take various forms, such as online documents, presentations, workshops, and face-to-face or videoconference meetings between experts and clients.
  • Aims to empower individuals to address social challenges and curb the democratic erosion caused, in all areas of policy, by the expansion of the authority of experts and specialists of all kinds, which gradually diminishes the competence of citizens.
  • To become an internationally recognized university, renowned for its unique characteristics in learning and teaching, research, social services, and educational management.
