Prerequisites

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent
  • Management background with significant project management experience
  • English proficiency (spoken and written): reading comprehension, asking basic questions, and expressing opinions

Objectives

  • Monitor and master the global geopolitical context and international issues across their political, historical, and legal dimensions
  • Understand and compare the economic, political, cultural, and legal systems of nations or geographic regions
  • Incorporate the codes and protocols of international relations and diplomacy
  • Assess the implications of cooperation with foreign public or private entities, as well as risks linked to geopolitics and international economic mechanisms
  • Manage crisis situations in an international environment
  • Communicate effectively in an intercultural context
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation and enforcement of decisions made by public authorities
  • Analyze requests from governments, intergovernmental organizations (IGOs), or non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
  • Master the codes and regulations governing international calls for tenders in order to develop projects
  • Anticipate and assess risks inherent in the internationalization of projects
  • Negotiate within an international context
  • Conduct audits and define implementation strategies
  • Identify public and private stakeholders capable of collaborating on a project
  • Identify the human, material, and financial resources available for carrying out international projects
  • Support international operational teams involved in projects
  • Produce documents that facilitate understanding and decision-making regarding international relations issues
  • Process information from international or European sources and integrate it with data from other sources
  • Handle the political and/or legal aspects of international or transnational files to enable their analysis

Preparation of a Professional Thesis

The Master’s degree is a national higher education diploma conferring upon its holder the academic grade of Master. It grants the same rights to all its holders, regardless of the institution that awarded it.
